Kubra was my support during the organization of the 7th edition of the EPAE Conference. Without a doubt, Kubra is a person to whom I could entrust certain responsibilities and I knew that a minimum of control is enough. In general, I did not have to worry about the quality of fulfillment of those tasks. Her openness, courage and excellent communication skills enabled her to communicate seamlessly both within the team and with people from outside. During the project, she also showed the ability to think outside the box, which opened us up to new opportunities and brought many benefits. I worked with Kubra  during our Pre-Diploma project in which we cooporate with Poland’s largest juice company, Tymbark, at Silesian University of Technology in 2019. Kubra had a role in this project as a Project Manager and she did great job. She presented herself as a very well organized person, open to new meetings and cultures. Kubra is an amazing professional, who brings all of the skills and expertise when it comes to the real life project management. It was indeed a wonderful thing to study and work with her at Silesian University of Technology especially at EPAE 7th International Conference.
We were also together in Challenge based project for Maspex, all though not in same team but she was healthy competition and finally awarded as best Project Manager.
Her capability to prepare tasks and to compile challenges within a very short time with soberness was quite impressive particularly to me. Besides that, Kubra with her unwavering confidence made me assured of the best solutions to problems, even when there were few options, indeed she was a shoulder to lean on.

I have worked closely with Ms. ABA since 2016 at Atabar Engineering and Consultancy in Adana. She started to work with us as an intern student after her internship has ended she kept working with us as a part-time MEP designer. After her graduation, she has started to work with us as a fulltime emploee on 2018. She was responsible for designing piping and HVAC systems. All the time that I have worked with Ms. Aba, I have observed that she was a dedicated, disciplined and motivated employee. She has been very eager to learn and improve her various skills. One of her main assets is that she can take initiative and work without much guidance. Like an experienced engineer, she has confidence and openness to accept her failures yet she makes her best to learn from her mistakes and perform better in every new project.
